1. Who This App Is For
Dairy Admin is intended for dairy society administrators, managers, and member account holders of dairy cooperatives and milk collection centers. The App provides access to milk collection records, daily branch summaries, member passbooks, payment bills, deductions, and financial ledgers provided by your dairy society’s backend system.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide at Login
- Society Code (Dairy Code): Identifies your registered cooperative society or milk collection center.
- Mobile Number: Authenticates your registered account with your dairy society backend API.
Authentication is handled via your registered mobile number and server-issued authorization tokens; no password is required or stored.
2.2 Information Received from Your Dairy Server
After authentication, the App fetches operational and accounting data belonging to your account:
- Member profile: Name, member code, account number, society name, society code, zone/branch.
- Milk collection records: Dates, sessions (Morning/Evening), milk type (Cow/Buffalo), liters, FAT%, SNF%, rate, amount.
- Branch and device summaries: Milk collection totals grouped by branch/device and session.
- Billing & deductions: Periodic milk bill summaries, deductions, and payment status.
- Financial ledger: Debit/credit vouchers, transaction details, and current balance.
- Society announcements: Official notifications published by your dairy cooperative.
- Multi-account links: Member codes associated with the same mobile number.
2.3 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
To enable offline access and reduce network usage, the App caches:
- Session token and metadata in private application storage.
- Passbook records, bills, deductions, and ledgers in a sandboxed local SQLite database.
- App preferences (selected language and theme).
Data remains on your device until you log out, clear app storage, or uninstall the App.
2.4 Permissions Requested
android.permission.INTERNET— to communicate with your dairy society backend API.android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— to monitor network availability for synchronization.
✓ The App does NOT request access to device location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or photos.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to:
- Authenticate your access with your dairy society backend.
- Display daily collection statistics, passbook entries, and billing summaries.
- Enable seamless multi-account switching for users with multiple linked accounts.
- Cache records for offline viewing when an internet connection is unavailable.
- Provide technical support and error diagnostics.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data, nor use it for third-party advertising or commercial profiling.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- Dairy Society Backend: Data is exchanged solely with your dairy society’s backend servers to provide app features.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if strictly required by applicable law, court order, or government regulation.
- Technical Maintenance: Authorized Winsoft technical personnel may access server diagnostic logs strictly under confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
- On-Device: Data is retained locally until you tap “Logout”, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the App.
- On-Server: Official milk collection and financial records are maintained by your dairy cooperative in accordance with their legal, cooperative, and accounting regulations.
- Account Corrections / Removal: Since accounts are maintained by your dairy cooperative, requests for updating or deleting official membership records must be submitted to your dairy cooperative office.
6. Security
We use token-based authentication and Android’s private application sandbox to protect local data. We do not store banking passwords, debit card PINs, or CVV numbers.
7. Your Rights (India DPDP Act & Global Compliance)
You may log out at any time to clear local session credentials, refresh data on demand, and exercise applicable rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (access, correction, grievance redressal) by contacting our Grievance Officer.
